At FINDS AND FLAIR, we want your jewelry to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. The details below explain how we process, ship, and handle deliveries for both domestic and international orders.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days, but processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock levels, and other factors.

Please note: estimated delivery dates provided at checkout reflect the shipping method only and do not include additional time needed to process your order. We do our best to move quickly while maintaining the quality and care your jewelry deserves.

Delivery Estimates – International Orders

  • Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard international shipping.

  • Typical delivery time for international orders is 10–25 business days, though this can vary by destination.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Misdelivered Packages & PO Boxes

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes. If a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” because it could not be delivered, you may be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost Packages

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your jewelry, but in rare cases packages may be lost in transit.

  • If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • To request a replacement, email us at info@findsandflair.com with your order number and details about the shipment.

Please note: once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items at your address. For this reason, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
